-Run the day to day operation of the business.-Use QucikBooks Pro 2009 and Pro 2012, 2014 daily including but not limited to monthly and biweekly payroll, A/R, A/P, invoicing and running reports.-Enter insurance claims and assign to the appropriate adjuster as well as working with supplements to claims.-Coordinate business luncheons for potential clients and after hour get togethers.

-Over saw five therapists and two service staff members.-Monthly scheduling, bi-weekly payroll using QuickBooks Pro 2008.-Address client's needs and management of their therapy.-Human Resource Management of therapists and all employees.-Daily administrative duties including but not limited to advertising, payroll, scheduling, and meeting with state regulations of such an operation.

-Updated and maintained most aspects of QucikBooks Pro 2008.-Entered payables, receivables, inventory, sales receipts, invoices, bank reconciliations and data entry.-Assisted clients with their personal interior design needs, including texture, color and visualization while maximizing the client's purchases to quickly determine their true budget.

-Assisted with office duties including but not limited to working with QuickBooks Pro 2008, Word, Excel, filing, multi-line phones and management.-Worked with clients by phone and in person designing the decor of custom livestock trailers including wall and floor coverings, light and bathroom fixtures, cabinetry, etc.-Worked from a premise of need base selling within a client's budget.-Focused on repeat business and add on purchases.-Constant customer service.
