Work with account manager to develop new accounts of service providers from product/technical side;2. Communicate with customers directly to resolve technical issues via the phone/e-mail/video conference/on-site, to ensure a smooth process for the interoperability with service providers’ system;3. Understand and meet customers’ need correctly by communicating with customers directly and coordinating internally;4. Collect problem descriptions, log files, configuration data, and analyze them in order to determine root cause of problems and finding solutions.5. Multi-task between several customer situations at the same time.6. Occasional travel to customer sites is required.7. Could entail working non-standard hours and holidays.Qualifications:1. Currently lives and can legally work in the US. Must be proficient in Mandarin or English, both spoken and written. 2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics or equivalent. 3. Minimum 3 years of working experience are sales in VoIP and Communications industry is highly preferred.4. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with great passion for work.5.
