- Build internal and external relationships while providing the best client guidance and service experience for the client who has multiple products and services. - Manage a portfolio of clients; grow portfolio by deepening relationships with existing clients and prospecting for new clients. - Serve as a trusted advisor to the client in delivering a complete business banking product and solutions tailored to the financial needs of business clients. - Manage a disciplined process to effectively maintain and build relationships with clients and prospects.- Use my knowledge of business, banking, credit and risk management to identify, recommend products and solutions that are best for the client.

I currently work with the Market Manger, District Managers, Area Mangers, Relationship Managers, Small Business Bankers, for the DFW East Market to provide support on Discovering Needs, Recommending Solutions, Balance Growth, Training, New Account Openings, Helping creating a great customer experience, Supporting branches with compliance, Providing Solutions, Servicing Small Business and Business Banking Clients, as well as Supporting Partnerships within the market.

* Prospect in and out of my assigned branch to bring in new business customers, while developing my Centers of Influence to expand the customer base while increasing revenue to my P&L.* Responsible for prospecting clients, acquiring new relationships, and deepening the existing client relationships through marketing, lending, and cash management.* Manage a portfolio between $7-10MM and consistently achieve positive growth to the P&L.* Completely profile new and existing customers to ensure cross-sell of deposits, credit, convenience and personal products. Follow up on all business accounts to ensure we have captured the entire customer relationship.* Work with the branch's existing book of business customers to ensure business and personal cross-sell, capture of entire relationship, and improved customer retention, to increase branch balance and revenue growth
