Establish and maintain uniform Quality Standards throughout GSF facilities, globally. Establish, communicate and oversee the implementation of operational and quality standards to ensure compliance with all customer, governmental and internal requirements. Serve as Technical Liaison for customers and all GSF’s Quality Departments. Provide effective management and direction to assigned staff; including recruiting and selection of employees, assigning work, training and development to ensure that organizational goals are met. Establish and maintain strong Supplier Management Program for GSF. Establish meaningful interface with customers, vendors and trade organizations and to keep abreast of current technical information. Oversee the auditing, evaluation and analysis of quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all GSF facilities. Contribute in the strategic planning and budgeting process. Participate in the evaluation of potential GSF JV’s / acquisitions.

Provide effective management and direction to assigned staff; including recruiting and selection of employees, assigning work, training and development, performance evaluation, and building of a motivated, effective team to ensure that organizational goals are met. Establish and maintain strong Supplier Management Program for GSF. Communicate accurate, thorough, and timely information regarding quality or quality- related information to appropriate personnel. Analyze data, draw appropriate conclusions and distribute professional reports to Management and to customers as necessary. Establish meaningful interface with customers, vendors and trade organizations to enhance GSF’s visibility and reputation in the industry and to keep abreast of current technical information. Oversee the auditing, evaluation and analysis of quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all GSF facilities. Review and analyze data and information to present reports in a professional and useful format to the Senior Management.
