I was a La Leche League leader for many years, taught private breastfeeding classes for a while, and had a private lactation consultant practice for five years. Currently, I’m focused on supporting breastfeeding parents by writing compassionate, evidence-based health articles about breastfeeding, women’s health, infant/child health, and more.
