I worked closely with the EU and Asia Pacific teams, guiding them through the verification of the business case and validation of the target model against their requirements for impacts on inventory, stock invoice matching and sales processing.My role involved me working closely with the 3rd party teams, to develop their systems and processes in a new service centre. This was along with modifying EAs internal systems and processes, to ensure that there were both sufficient controls in place and a smooth integration into EAs Oracle R12 system.I began this assignment at EA in an advisory and troubleshooting role on a number of small initiatives: providing an assessment of a B2B automated dispute claims process; investigating Oracle R12 capabilities to facilitate Russian statutory reporting; and preparing a business case for moving the Mexican operation from a distributor to stock holding & sell-direct model.
