We supervised all load-in, deployment, re-configuration, collection and load-out for a 6,000-guest convention. As there was not much in writing available to us, my primary responsibility was to turn a large stack of printed work orders, emails, and scribbled post-its into an orderly workflow chart. I also supervised and worked on the crews handling the actual items.
