Gold Butter is a start-up that creates organic hair products for people with afro and curly hair. It's founded by Wendy & Callie. They create the products themselves. They've also been part of the accelerator programme Start-it @KBC. We launched in March 2024 after 3 years of Research and development.

It focuses on inspiring, motivating and coaching of these entrepreneurs through events, coaching sessions and individual coachings. I started as a project manager to set up our coaching program #SheMeansBUSINESS. Setting up the business structure, looking for candidates, and mapping out the campaign. I am in charge of their new project where I do the individual coaching of the female entrepreneurs. I had to bring to life the coaching trajectory since it was a new concept. I was in charge of Sales. I had to train new sales assistants and make them comfortable with the company. Also, listen to customer needs and implementing them in new marketing strategies. I also suggested new sales program and tried them out. I helped with the logistics of the company , so that we don't run out of stock. It's a multicultural environment so I often speak French, English, Dutch and twi( Ghanaian dialect).

This job required a lot of flexibility. I had the opportunity to represent different companies. I always had to learn about these companies quickly and inform customers about them. This has helped my social skills, my ability to adapt to new and stressful situations and to understand the needs of customers.
