I am an experienced and enthusiastic designer and deliverer of individual and corporate training. I have a real passion for providing the highest quality of service by educating, training, supporting and enabling others to develop their skillset in a productive, safe and trusted learning environment.After 12 years of diverse experience encompassing talent management, leadership and organisational learning and development at operational, tactical and strategic levels within the justice sector, I am now looking for a new opportunity to apply my broad expertise in the L&D field and add value to an organisation that demonstrates commitment to supporting employees’ growth.In the course of my career I have designed and implemented talent management approaches, systems and ethos to enhance organisational ability to attract, develop and retain the most talented individuals.
