She is flexible and agile with broad business knowledge, in both corporate and SME companies, with hands-on experience in client relationship management, general management, human resources, sales, marketing, and legal functions. Wendy's recent focus has been on small/start-up organisations, the future of work, emerging technology and digitalisation, along with Board governance. Previous experience includes greenfield and transformation projects, strategy and business partnering for blue chip organisations, outsourcing (both client and service provider sides), and M&A.Her industry experience includes Consulting, Financial Services, Property Services, FMCG, Law and Maritime.Wendy is a finalist for the New Zealand 2024 HR Professional of the Year Award.
