Assisting with new employee inductions and commencement paperworkAssistance with Apprentice rotations on siteSAP and SGS data entry and reporting of training assessments and records of all employees and contractorsCo-ordinating training sessions with providers for employees on and off siteWorking with Brisbane office and other sites counterparts on improvements to GSAP training moduleRoll out and maintenance of OSPAT Fitness for Work system on site Conduct OSPAT inductions and provide individual support to employees and contractors when requiredInstruction and support to all staff and supervisors of OSPAT administrationMonthly report to Site Managers meetingRegular consultation with OSPAT Committee consisting of HR and Safety Managers, Union representatives and staff membersLiaise with creator of OSPAT system to implement improvements and resolve technical issues
