Wendy Bauman has been with the FS Brands since 2007. She started as the Development Coordinator for CertaPro Painters. In 2008 she was promoted to the Executive Assistant role at CertaPro. In 2009 she became the Executive Assistant for FS Brands, Inc. then in 2016 she moved into the role as Director of Corporate Initiatives. In 2023 she received a promotion to the role of Chief of Staff for FS Brands and California Closets. Wendy has recently acquired her M.S. in Organizational Development with a focus in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Saint Joseph’s University. Wendy resides with her family outside the Philadelphia area.
