My work with clients has spanned industries including Electronic Publishing, High Tech, Energy, Healthcare, Food and Agriculture, Wine and Financial and Services/Pension Funds. My work in talent consulting ranges from corporate strategy, organizational risk, growing and scaling a business to diversity, women's leadership, team effectiveness and executive coaching. I bring experience with diversity and board effectiveness through my former role as CEO of Watermark, a non-profit organization for senior women leaders in the Bay area where we rebranded the organization to focus on the empowerment of women leaders which included the development of the Watermark Institute Board Access Program – a service to provide tools and resources for women interested in attaining a public or private Board seat.A recent client shared- “Wendy is extremely impressive.
