Formerly head of Wells Prime Services Business Consulting, I enjoy helping managers navigate myriad pre and post launch decisions including business strategy, fund structure, operations/organizational structure, and legal/compliance. Insights gleaned from varied legal and business roles in a heavily regulated financial services industry honed ability to help managers proactively identify and manage potential compliance issues.
