I have been a partner at Benjamin Law Offices from 2004 to the present. Prior to that, I was a solo practitioner (2000-2003) and associate attorney (1996-2000) at a boutique law firm emphasizing business, debtor/creditor relations and bankruptcy law. I am the managing partner at Benjamin Law Offices. I represent numerous small and mid-sized businesses as outside general counsel, and individuals, California businesses, and national companies as their California counsel in creditors' rights and insolvency matters. I consult with other attorneys regarding bankruptcy issues that affect their cases and also assist other attorneys with business and real estate litigation, either as a contract attorney or co-counsel. I am admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the U.S. District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Central Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.Benjamin Law Offices provides counseling, transactional and litigation services in the following areas of law: Administrative, Business, Creditor Bankruptcy Representation, Creditors' Rights, Employment and Real Estate.
