I moved into the role of Customer Success Manager and eventually became Manager of Customer Success. During those five years, I also managed a team of writers and the content writing, editing, and quality assurance processes for that component of the business. I learned volumes about Customer Success, Relationship Management, SaaS, and Sales Training - all of which inform the work I do today, creating and improving content.I loved my time in customer success and relationship management, but writing, editing, and consulting with companies and individuals around their content needs and professional presence is what I do best and enjoy most.
