Led project teams through all phases of technical projects from selection to implementation for the $2.5 billion food company with brand portfolio including Bird’s Eye Frozen Vegetables, Duncan Hines Cake Mixes, Vlasic Pickles, and Lender’s Bagels. Tracked and reported on project expenses, risks, timeline and activities. Coordinated internal and external resources to achieve a successful conclusion of the project.Return on Investment in 18 Months: Led a $1.5 million project to replace a legacy system at Pinnacle’s two leading snack businesses with a new Route Accounting Management System that supported more than 300 route salespeople across 18 regions servicing 15,000 customers. Managed the selection, recommendation and implementation of the new system. Project paid for itself in 18 months due efficiencies resulting in increased sales.Acquisition Integration:During integration of Bird’s Eye Foods, managed development and implementation of interfaces between the organizations’ ERP systems for order processing. Successfully implemented the order to invoice process with no disruption to order fulfillment.Subsequently managed the project to implement Pinnacle’s ERP system at legacy Bird’s Eye locations. Led systems analysis to identify and close gaps, training of users, and go live support. Successfully transitioned all four locations in one year.Additional positions held at Pinnacle, 1993 – 2010.
