 Led the design, team implementation, of a custom Capital Project budget tracking system into Oracle.  Custom designed and implemented Service Now Project Portfolio Management, Facilities/Engineering Work Order automation, mapping interfaces across multiple systems to centralize reporting and tracking of projects.  Worked with technical, functional, and business teams to develop operational documentation and training materials. Facilitated process improvements, as well as updated reporting and notifications. Planned and implemented complete process documentation for various department functions to establish business continuity and efficiency.  Directly manage the Technical Inventory Department in charge of tracking the movement of capital items of over 75 million dollars per year. Manage Engineering Coordinator in charge of all CBS engineering and union technician’s payroll, tracking and reporting of capital project labor.  Conducted pre-implementation testing and data validation in system test environments - working with key system users to ensure system setup and configurations meet end-user specifications and escalate programming errors found during testing to system development group for resolution prior to implementation in live environments.

Team Lead Oracle R12 Implementation  Led Procurements multi-year efforts in managing the Oracle i-Procurement implementation project for CBS Corporation, CBS Films, CBS Television Stations and the CBS Television Network. Annualized purchase -volume through Oracle i-Procurement is $344 million, and with over 1,135 active end-users. Managed stakeholders and share the product strategy and features Designed and implemented large-scale enterprise-wide E-Procurement applications and integration.  Gathered the initial requirements and translated them into functional specifications. Advised and assisted in the design of business processes, definition of application functionality, beginning-to-end data mapping and the integration of data within and between various systems (legacy and ERP-related) Customized and streamlined the workflow process for PO approval. Enabled enhanced punch-out catalog content, which provides goods & services from preferred suppliers. This has assisted the Procurement staff to transition from a tactical buying group to a project-oriented organization. Created a comprehensive training manual and facilitated on-site training supporting multiple system instances. Leading to successful assimilation of all employees across multiple sites.  Served as the liaison between the businesses and IT to address Procure-to-Pay business process changes and the impact on the enterprise-wide system. Lead Pecos E-Procurement Implementation  Managed stakeholders and share the product strategy and features designed and implemented large-scale enterprise-wide E-Procurement applications and integration.  Developed the design, testing and implementation of a customized web-based, enterprise level E-Procurement system for expense control and reporting for the following: the CBS Television Network (East and West Coast), 39 television stations across the US, Simon & Schuster, Showtime, King World, Inside Edition, and Corporate Headquarters. Managed all aspects of the project lifecycle, including approval planning, development, testing, conversion, post-conversion testing, upgrades/enhancements and measuring/evaluating results. Provided user administration and support. Communicated with business analysts, information technology staff, and end users. Created comprehensive training manual and facilitated on-site training supporting multiple systems.  Implemented E-Procurement system f\rom a group of 100 employees to over 2400 end-users within a two-year period.  Transformed the purchasing process at 39 CBS owned and operated television stations to from manual process to E-Procurement in one intensive three-month period. Collaborated with the Associate Director of Information Technology to design and deliver training to 2400 users.  Planned, wrote, and edited user instructional manuals. Successfully integrated Elcom and JDE.  Enforced Sox compliance by transforming the purchasing process into a paperless function, utilizing an electronic three-way way match.
