I have maintained excellent relationships with clients through addressing their needs and resolving problems regarding all kinds of transactions and online banking.Project Management & Multi-tasking - My previous job as a campus recruiter in Ernst & Young allowed me to plan and execute various campus recruitment related campaigns such as internship programmes, career fairs, career planning lectures and EY global events.Data Analysis - My duty as a campus recruiter to provide reports and analysis regarding outcome of campus recruitment campaigns as well as feedback from interns and candidates has sharpened my analytical skills.Communication - As both People Advisory Services Consultant and Campus Recruiter in Ernst & Young, I communicated internally with colleagues in other departments, supervisors, partners, and overseas offices, and externally with National Taxation Bureau, college students, and staffs in universities.Leadership - When I was in college, I had been a class president, the officer of Buddhism Witness Club and team leaders in several camps. In addition, when I was a campus recruiter, I had chances to lead our team to accomplish multiple tasks.As an active learner with an international perspective and various skills, I am ready to keep taking on all the challenges in my career.
