In my current role, I lead sales strategy and execution for a specialist sales team in networking and security. I directly support the VP of Americas sales and Sr Director of Sales Engineering. Together with the sales leadership team, we set strategy and planning, establish and execute an operational cadence, and use business insights to prioritize strategic initiatives that drive achievement of sales targets. I lead forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking activities, and conduct business reviews to leadership. We align closely with our business unit to provide strategic direction, input on development priorities, and work to overcome obstacles to the sales team. My role intersects to a global, cross-functional sales strategy, planning and operations function, and go to market teams, and act as proxy to my VP in a chief of staff function.
