• Overseeing the timely and accurate semi-monthly transmittal of multi-state corporate payrolls for 250+ employees using Novatime and Paylocity
• Overseeing the timely and accurate bi-weekly transmittals for TSS union in Long Beach using Novatime and Paylocity.
• Respond to operations on any payroll or union personnel issues, compute weekly guarantee hours, research and process payroll shortage claims, verify accuracy of occ codes and hours paid according to contracts
• Manage all benefits and pension for our steady mechanics in multiple unions
• Handling of 401k and payroll audit for IAM and PWC union payrolls

Greater Los Angeles Area

Duties include: Overseeing the timely and accurate processing of payroll on a bi-weekly cycle using ADP for 300+ employees, manage all payroll related accounting including but not limited to payroll JE, provide payroll cash requirement reports and overtime reports for all the managers and executives after every payroll, HR includes processing EDD forms.

Greater Los Angeles Area

Duties include: Overseeing the timely and accurate processing of payroll on a semi-monthly cycle using Paychex for 200+ employees, manage all payroll related accounting including but not limited to payroll JE, provide payroll summary reports and overtime reports for all the managers and executives after every payroll, HR includes processing EDD forms.

Santa Monica

Duties include: Overseeing the timely and accurate processing of over 1200 employees in multiple multi-state company payrolls on a semi-monthly and bi-weekly basis using ADP and Omsoft database, working with accounting to provide information for quarterly and annual reporting, creating and administering payroll policies and procedures, creating new hire.
