"Work hard, love harder"With Cruze Farm Dairy, I have helped open and manage two new storefronts. I have learned how to successfully make connections with the community and implement marketing to grow a small business. I regularly manage a crew of 3-6 people by offering top quality customer service to ice cream and dairy lovers. I have worked dozens of catering events all over Knoxville and surrounding areas. I have enjoyed going from a large franchise to a small business and being able to watch a family owned dairy grow from a pop-up location with under 30 employees to a multi-location business with over 100 employees.

"Different... on purpose."I primarily worked with Knoxville Teachers Federal Credit Union to work on an outreach event in honor of teacher appreciation week. I labeled, organized, and distributed teacher appreciation gifts to over 6,500 teachers, principals, and staff in the Knox County School system.I job shadowed the Manager/Treasurer in his day to day duties. I learned how the loan application process works and sat in on several loan committee meetings. I now have an understanding of the criteria the member must have in order to be approved for a large or high-risk loan.

I practiced these values daily and was given the opportunity so shine the light of God into others.I trained new employees and did skill checks regularly on long-term employees. I was trained in all front of house positions as well as food preparation in the kitchen. I enjoyed putting the customer first and striving to go the extra mile.
