I have three major passions: technology, energy, and human potential. I have always loved technology and take to it like a duck takes to water. I learned nearly everything I know about technology on-the-job. I tend to get up to speed quickly on whatever technology platform is critical to my work. As a Customer Success professional, I find that the faster I develop deep knowledge of the technology (regardless of my position) the better it is for the clients. It also allows me to communicate more effectively with internal teams.I also believe very strongly in "the speed of trust" as written about by Stephen Covey. I have experienced work environments that had strong trust in their employees and each employee returned that trust by being a top performer and investing in the success of the company. I excel in work environments that trust me to get my work done without micromanagement. In return, I deliver! I am trusted with your most valuable customers and have developed deep skills in keeping both the client and my company happy.In regard to my passion for human potential, I have two degrees in psychology that I use every day in my work. No matter what I am doing, knowing how to best support and communicate with my fellow humans has served me well. On a personal note, I am dedicated to personal growth and believe strongly in building environments and cultures that are trauma-free. This means that my teams avoid gossip, negativity, and unnecessary competition and focus instead on mutual trust, collaboration, and recognizing, honoring, and supporting each other's strengths. My third passion, energy, is a very interesting topic. You'll have to ask me about it if you are interested ;-). All project managers report to me on the status of their portfolio of work.While in this position I had the opportunity to design and facilitate an offsite conference for the Professional Service department in France. The event allowed the staff to bond, discuss our internal processes, brainstorm on solutions to issues and come together in support of our corporate objectives.
