I have a passion for the professional and technical recruiting industry and I am blessed to be leading the Affinity team. My tenure as a Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition for an international E&C firm provided me with a fresh perspective on the recruiting industry. Affinity is not a vendor we are a recruiting partner - we build meaningful working partnerships that contribute to our client’s, candidate's and our company’s success. We believe in giving back to the community in which we live and work and volunteer at many organizations in the greater Houston area. I am an active member of SHRM, have my SPHR and SHRM-SCP, a BS in Chemistry from Texas Woman’s University, and an MBA from Texas A&M University. My management style is defined by teamwork, leadership, integrity, enthusiasm and results. I had the privilege of delivering a presentation on “Strategic Recruitment - Getting Back to the Basics” at the 2013 People in Energy Summit in Houston, Texas. I am proud to support the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and am a member of the Special Children’s Committee.
