1. Source IT candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited t referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, job/career fairs, referrals, and user/technical groups. 2. Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for up and coming requirements. 3. Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region. 4. Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on BearingPoint' process. 5. Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area. 6. Strategically partner with hiring manager to clearly define position requirements as well as understand business model and objectives, establish the recruiting plan to meet the needs. .......

1 Be in charge of the management of recruiting department. 2 Be responsible for company yearly staffing plan and recruiting strategy. 3 Be responsible for experienced candidate recruitment using different kinds of recruiting methods. 4 Cooperate with external different recruiting vendors such as recruiting websites and headhunters, and build up good relationship with them. 5 Coordinate with internal project managers on resource requests, project team staffing. 6 Analyze recruiting activities in order to improve recruiting effectiveness and achieve recruiting target. 7 Also I execute the detailed recruiting progress, like screening CVs, shortlist, calling out, interview arrangement, negotiating salary package, offering, contracting and so on.
