With a background in sales, marketing/promotions, management and publicity all within the entertainment sector, Duffy brings her enthusiasm and personal approach to music licensing and artist management in Nashville/Los Angeles where she owns/operates Resin8. In 2001, Duffy got her start in radio marketing as an acccount executive at WFDL/WTCX FM in Fond du Lac, WI before moving on to WKKV FM Clear Channel in Milwaukee. In 2003, Duffy moved to Los Angeles and began working in Film/TV Voice Over Marketing for Cope Management. After 2 years with Cope, she took a hiatus to focus on her desire to make music and travel. While pursuing her songwriting for over 4 years in Nashville, Duffy worked with several local Nashville brands/organizations including ABC's American Country Countdown with Kix Brooks, Graham Artist Management and Kaleidoscope Media before the opportunity presented itself to come back to Cope Management in the summer of 2009. She spent the next 3 1/2 years telecommuting from Nashville to Los Angeles before joining forces with IV Audio Branding in February 2013. She loved working in a career that combined her background in music, VO, marketing and promotions, all the while still writing songs she hopes will one day be featured in film/tv-- a lifetime goal of Duffy's. During her 3 year stay at iV, Duffy managed all VO production including casting, session reports, talent invoicing, launched/managed a music licensing division at the company and went after other new iV business. In October 2014, Wendy launched an artist management company on the side, Resin8, and managed both things simultaneously.
