In order to become successful one must create a plan of action and follow through on it. I have spent many years helping my clients by holding them accountable for achieving their goals. I specialize in working with adults personal and business success and children to achieve academic success through consistent action. I worked diligently to earn a Masters degree in Instructional Design as well as Certified Professional Life Coach certification. My training experience includes working with such organizations as United Way, Toledo Public Library, and Junior Achievement. I am currently an Educational Coordinator with Partners In Education where I work with students 5th through 8th grade set and achieve their educational goals through encouraging, supporting and motivating them to be successful in school.With a passion for wanting to encourage, support and motivate people to be all they can be, my experience in seeing people become successful spans from children through adults. I firmly believe that anyone can become “Phenomenal Through Consistent Action”.
