As a key executive in the customer success and operations space, I use my understanding of the big picture of any project to deliver value propositions to the customer and solve problems as they arise. I came on board during the height of the pandemic and a period of upheaval for the industry; demand for my company’s services exploded. I joined the SVP on sales calls, delivering value propositions to customers, and we signed contracts like crazy. I quickly realized that if we were to handle the growth, we needed scalable processes, so I wrote a 6-month business plan and a framework for the customer journey. We solidified client onboarding, client experience, reporting, hiring, training, and people operations processes and set ourselves up for long-term success. My career accomplishments include:★ Expanded our client base by double digits and monthly revenue by almost $1 million.★ Navigated rapid exponential growth at Maxwell Capital Partners, which included building a robust training and development organization to upskill first-line managers and individual contributors.★ Maintained an excellent employee satisfaction rate even during a period of layoffs. ★ Won a Woman of Influence award from the Housing Wire publication following a nomination from my colleagues.
