Running my own private practise working with clients offering one to one Coaching and Reflexology, with a focus on work/life balance and strategies for managing stress.When I started my practise in 2007, I was working with clients seeking the relaxing benefits of reflexology. Over the years, my client group has become clients with a chronic health condition, in which stress plays some part. Reflexology has been, for them, one part of managing that health issue.Further training in a variety of techniques over the years has helped me to refine the treatments I offer. These have included; • Maternity Reflexology – techniques for working with clients in Pre conceptual care, ante natal care and post-natal care.• Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage – a technique for working with clients with primary lymphoedama following Cancer.• Precision Reflexology, Vertical reflexology, Advanced Reflexology techniques and pain management, all techniques that can be used within a reflexology treatment to tailor the treatment to the individual client’s needs.• Mindfulness reflexology and reflexology techniques for working with clients who are stressed.My interest in stress and how it affects the mind and the body, led me to train as a Chrysalis effect practitioner, giving me further skills for working with clients experiencing adrenal fatigue, Chronic Fatigue, M.E and Fibromyalgia.In recent years, I extended my training as a Coach with a Diploma in Transformational Coaching, to allow me to work with clients both as a hands on Therapist offering Reflexology to calm the mind and the body, but also to look at the bigger picture with the client of what the triggers are for their stress and what changes they can make to, reduce their stress, achieve a good work/life balance and regain their sense of health and wellbeing.I am a Member of the Association of Coaching, a Fellow Member of the Association of Reflexologists and a Member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.

Supervised Occupational Therapy Assistant and Occupational Therapy students on placements.Was appointed acting Senior II in the absence of any higher grade Occupational Therapist and was promoted to Senior II post six months later

Part of my one year basic grade rotational post spent six month in this unit providing assessment and treatment of those with nuerotic mental health problems such as anxiety and depression and supporting those with long term conditions such as schizophrenia and manic depression.Worked as part of a multi diciplinary team offering individual and group work teaching a range of skills such as anxiety management, work skills and also offering recreational and leisure activities
