In addition to founding the Goidel Law Group, I am also the founder and developer of Concierge Care Coordination, a holistic practice model which seamlessly integrates care needs with legal planning. One of my main goals is to help my clients to safely and successfully age in place in the residence of their choice. With 24 years' experience as an estate planning and elder law attorney, I have become known as an educator and problem solver. I start the planning process by becoming educated about my clients and their families. I am committed to finding solutions that address each client's needs, hopes, goals and aspirations. I provide estate planning and elder law services in a compassionate, caring and professional manner, while respecting the dignity and promoting the independence of seniors. The documents drafted in my office are all custom-tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals. I strive to earn my clients' respect and confidence and hope to have a long-lasting relationship with them and their families so that their estate planning will work for them through all phases of their lives. I recognize that estate planning and elder law involve difficult issues and discussions regarding disability and death. This planning is sometimes undertaken for the first time when a family member is in crisis. Thus I strive to eliminate stress and make the process as easy and seamless as possible for my clients and their loved ones. I am not afraid to use humor selectively and appropriately with my clients. I am eager to develop new relationships with professionals who share the same values and philosophies. Prior to entering the estate planning and elder law field in 1999, I practiced commercial litigation for more than 10 years. I have worked at several law firms of varying sizes, in addition to managing my own practice.I am committed to giving back to the community by sponsoring multiple programs for individuals with dementia or chronic illnesses and their family caregivers. I also provide educational workshops and webinars to organizations and professionals on various estate and long-term care planning concepts. Accordingly, we have created Concierge Care Coordination®, an innovative, holistic practice model designed to seamlessly integrate care needs with legal planning.In implementing our cutting edge processes, we fully engage the client, family members and other professional advisors (financial and health care).Using unique systems, we strive to complete our clients’ legal documents in 30 to 90 days of our engagement. Through our optional TLC™ Maintenance Program, clients’ estate plans should never become outdated or stale. With changes in family, health, finances and the laws (tax and Medicaid), clients may need to periodically revise their estate planning documents. Through our TLC Maintenance Program, clients may access a Legal Vault® containing important legal and other documents, plus a variety of complimentary services.
