Her position was to lead our Norwell location. During this time I saw Wendy grow and develop into a strong positive leader with many skills in numerous areas. When I left the company 8 years later Wendy had accomplished great things at the Norwell Center. Wendy started off on day one with a brand new facility which she needed to set up into a high quality early childhood program, hire and train a team of teachers, market her program to the community and enroll children and families. To date Wendy is running a center with over 100 children enrolled, she is managing a team of close to 30 teachers and managers all while creating and maintaining her annual budget. Wendy’s ability to listen and work with people has led to this great success.
