As the HR Manager at Fitzroy Australia Resources, part of our strategy in building a world-class mining operation has been embedding a culture where people feel a valued part of something bigger. My background in HR with global leaders like Vale and GrainCorp was an invaluable grounding in complex restructuring and transformation, challenging EBA negotiations and HR best practices.
