I am enrolled at University of Hartford to earn a MS in Organizational Psychology. I am passionate about combining my experience in psychotherapy with organizational psychology to help employees increase job satisfaction & performance while supporting organizations looking to improve employee learning & development to enhance retention of high performing talent. Also, I have the wonderful opportunity to be a Graduate Research Associate for the S.H.I.N.E Lab, Uni. of Hartford. We are studying an array of interesting topics: employee retention, sound healing in the workplace, essential skills, and inclusion and algorithm bias. As a Licensed Psychotherapist, I provide in-person and telehealth services to adults, couples, and families. I have the privilege to guide patients toward enhancing strengths, developing a better sense of feelings, thoughts, and behaviors and harnessing resiliency. I remain current through continuing education and supervising graduate students and licensed therapists. I enjoy writing and publishing articles and journals.
