My goal is giving Harwin the best image in its sector for technical information, and assisting the company with achieving the status and recognition it deserves for its world-class Interconnect and PCB Hardware products.My extensive experience at Harwin (9 years in Design, 29 years total) gives me a unique knowledge of Harwin Connector and PCB Hardware products. Using my in-depth product know-how, writing and editing skills, I help our customers with readable and understandable technical information.Specialities: Technical communication on all aspects of Harwin product with customers, with very short response times. Writing, editing and proof-reading technical content, brochures and other Marketing communications for publication, the website and social media. Product database maintenance of the 6,000+ products listed at www.harwin.com, plus an internal obsolescence database. Training courses for internal company education.Previous background: I graduated in '92 with a BEng (Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering from Brunel University, with courses in Quality, Management, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. My first post was as a Design Engineer at Lucas Diesel Systems, working on various aspects of diesel pumps in both 3D CAD and on real drawing boards.
