Account Manager
CurrentAssisting various federal agencies and their respective contractors by providing ongoing support, training, professional services for the review of detailed estimates and price proposals. Provide onboarding for products and services centered around Job Order Contracting (JOC) and Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineer (SABER). For new clients, prepare and maintain schedules of detailed activities to accomplish procurement objectives within a specified time period. This process begins with a kick-off meeting, continuing to the development of the JOC Program and Contract documents, bid advertisement, pre-bid meeting, awarding, training and completing the onboarding process. For existing clients, implement and adhere to project procedures from project identification, assistance in overseeing the development and review of project scope of work, proposal review, ensuring contract compliance, through notice to proceed, and construction execution necessary to accomplish a specific objective for various JOC projects. For federal customers that are part of the Intergovernmental Support Agreement (IGSA) with Soucewell, provide end-to-end JOC program support - initiation to construction complete.
