My Ability to be both pro-active and an avid planner as well as reactive to my client’s needs has proven to be invaluable.Alongside working on the RBS Account I work on several major client accounts all of which are very much compliance-led working towards FSA and Public sector guidelines and legislation. My Role covers all stages of the recruitment process to include all but not exhaustive of the following:Marketing and Advertising available roles, Candidate sourcing and selection, interviewing and assessing, Credit checking, CRB Checking, Security Vetting Checks specific to roles, Referencing and finally placement of successful candidates. I am responsible for Pay-rolling all my temporary staff, Providing where necessary any HR and employment advice they may require and continue to manage the candidate once they enter their role including regular onsite surgeries.With such a huge emphasis on compliance, my role with Manpower has ensured that I have utilised my excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills to the highest degree.
