This initiative grew into a comprehensive suite of worker pipeline programming over 15 years, catering to young individuals from the 4th grade to adult incumbent workers. My work has predominantly focused on nonprofit management, program administration, financial development, and organizational growth—always with an eye towards bolstering economic growth and enhancing community development.
