I draw on my years of human resource management, leadership and coaching to partner with leaders and individuals to help them improve performance, overcome self-doubt and obstacles, and to serve as an accountabiliity partner to keep them moving forward on their goals. I create a safe, non-judgemental space that allows clients to gain greater self-awareness, align with their values, and leverage their strenths to create sustainable change and to reach their full potential both personally and professionally. I love working with individuals to help them learn to respond rather than simply reacting automatically to the inner critic - that judge and the saboteurs - to learn to replace negative self-talk that limits them with positive self-talk that allows them to move forward towards their goals. I also love working with people to help them build new neuro pathways and new habits into their lives to help them be mentally and emotionally healthy so they can be their best version of themselves in their personal and professionaly life.I also partner with families who have a loved one with substance abuse to help the family get their peace back and be their loved ones best chance for recovery. I offer a family recovery program that includes coaching and the BALM program (Be a Loving Mirror) that is designed to teach families a proven method to help them increase their own peace as well as increase their loved one's chance at recovery.
