Wendy has a deep commitment to providing innovative solutions to her clients and affiliates as their business needs evolve.In 1988, Wendy founded WJ Weiser & Associates, Inc., initially operating as a medical practice management firm before expanding into association management in 1990. Under her leadership, the company became a reliable partner for over 80 premier national and international medical specialty, research, and healthcare-related organizations. When Wendy left in 2020, the firm was one of the largest medical association management companies in the nation. The company was sold to private equity in July 2015.Wendy's professional journey began with Baxter Healthcare Corporation's Physical Therapy Division. There, she earned numerous promotions and increasingly significant responsibilities. At just 25, she became the Division's Operations Manager, a role in which she was responsible for designing, overseeing, and controlling day-to-day business operations and practice management for 16 physical therapy centers across the United States. This number grew to over 50 centers during her tenure. She successfully led a large and diverse professional staff, earning significant recognition both internally and from the corporate headquarters. Due to Wendy's management success, Baxter established a new service division for physician practices based on the business practices and policies she implemented.
