Core Accounting team lead for the new Financial Management System (FMS) implementation project using Workday Financials with a go live date of July 1, 2018. Member of the Commitment Accounting team for the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM from January to October 2007 and Go Live was July 1, 2007. Activities included mapping earning, deduction, and tax codes to financial system; help design and test combo codes, custom position HR and distribution pages, expense transfers (redistributions); and payroll distribution including custom processes. In FY 2008, ASU had over 12,000 employees and $860 million in salary and fringe benefit costs.Financial lead for business management team that prepared budget schedules, monthly financial reviews, and transaction processing for three administrative units.
