Promoted to overhaul the strategic IT Provider Governance department to develop more distinct roles and to create an overall awareness for the broader Service Integration group. This transformation resulted in risk reduction and exposure, economies in number of providers and better pricing through informed negotiations.• Designed and implemented a provider scorecard that measures the partnerships value, operations, quality, alignment, and overall satisfaction. This resulted in much stronger partnerships, identified innovation opportunities, alignment, faster issue triage, and drove the right performance behaviors on both sides.• Lead the Information Technology Rotation Development Program (ITRDP) and the IT Co-Op Programs.
