I am also excited to be working closely with the CEO and COO to establish offices in the United Kingdom, USA, India and Vanuatu.

Plastics Unique manufactures 100% recyclable branded promotional materials and stationery items in a factory powered by solar energy. My work here involved successfully re-branded Plastics Unique including building a new website, creating a marketing plan, designing trade displays, Corporate Partnerships, Google Adwords, social media and sales.

Family Parks is a Not for Profit marketing organisation that represents over 100 holiday parks around Australia and New Zealand. I was responsible for all areas of finance and administration as well as contributing to marketing and strategic direction. I especially enjoyed establishing a partnership with Australia Zoo and Jayco to put together a giving away of a Jayco Caravan that was promoted through Australia Zoo, all Family Parks caravan parks across Aust & NZ and through the Caravan Industry Association.

Marketing is a challenging, exciting, dynamic, and very creative industry. This selective entry accelerated Diploma of Marketing and Communication has provided me with contemporary, industry-relevant marketing and business skills. It covered conducting customer research, web design, digital marketing and communications, writing small business marketing plans, and developing promotional programs for new products. The assessment consisted of a full Marketing Audit for Family Parks in two main parts. 1 - Delivering a full market research report. Included industry trends, competitive positioning, guest and park profiling. Knowledge was drawn from publications, interviews,focus groups and an online survey with over 4,000 responses. 2 - Presentation of a marketing plan based on the findings of the research including campaigns, public relations, communications SMART goals, project management and benchmarking.

During this period I was a self employed registered BAS agent as well as BDM for a small agency with subcontracted bookkeepers. My duties included but were not limited to.- Responding to client leads, assessing needs, providing estimates & closing sales/contracts.- Competently matching clients to bookkeeper skill sets and providing ongoing mentoring, monitoring.- Collaboratively working with business owners to form policies and document procedures. - All aspects of accounts and payroll including set-up, documentation and training. - Independently servicing a wide variety of clients including a real estate agency, a service station, various stores and trades.

- Managed all aspects of accounts including the Research & Development Tax Concession.- Successfully coordinated an annual application for the Export Market Development Grant.- Developed and documented administrative procedures including, training and implementing. - Established and maintained staff and supplier contracts, insurances, ASIC registrations etc. - Coordinated management meetings.
