Strategic Management of Corporate Compensation, Benefits and Compensation Committee programs for a 7000+ employee, $1.4 billion global company while leading a team of eight HR professionals:• Board of Director Support – partner with executive leaders and independent consultants to coordinate, develop and present materials for 6 or more Compensation Committee meetings annually resulting in consistent and timely approvals for critical, company-wide programs. • Officer and Executive Compensation – lead efforts to design, launch and manage officer and executive programs that balance the interests of all key stakeholders. • Acquisition Due Diligence – key contributor and leader throughout the acquisition due diligence and integration process.• Retirement Programs – implement initiatives to drive above market 401(k) results, such as a 98% participation rate and an average 10% deferral rate. • Medical Programs – implement consumerism, health improvement and vendor partnership strategies resulting in medical plan rate renewals consistently outperforming national trends while sustaining market competitive plans / coverage. • Salary Planning / Equity / Bonus Programs – consistently design and gain approval for market competitive / cost conscious / shareholder friendly pay-for-performance programs that support business objectives. • HR Business Partner for HR – collaborate with HR leadership to design and execute on global and strategic HR retention, staffing, organizational and development initiatives.
