You will find an environment of support, understanding, and guidance, where you can deeply explore your experiences, discover the meaning of your distress, and work with practical tools to manage your traumas, releasing limiting patterns that prevent you from moving towards a fulfilling life.My experience as a Psychologist specialized in Human Development and complementary training in Trauma Stress Studies at the Trauma Research Foundation have allowed me to cultivate a deep understanding of the emotional challenges faced by my clients, heal their past wounds, unblock their thoughts, and rediscover their fullest essence through encounters that, with empathy in their life story, have enabled them to free themselves from self-imposed or society-assigned labels and tags.As a human being and a lover of trauma science, I understand the pain you feel and how it may be affecting your daily life.
