Successfully on boarded more than 400 new high tech employees over a 2 year period with less than 6% turnover. • Successful Initial Public Offering: Performed all functional area diligence and preparation for successful initial public offering. Worked with finance team to successfully implement all Sarbanes Oxley compliance measures. • Acquisition Diligence and Integration Excellence: Integrated 2 entrepreneurial-based acquisitions into Greenway’s organization. Created a comprehensive on boarding program for the acquired companies. Within an average of 2 months, integrated payroll, compensation and benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.• Wellness Plan Development: Developed a comprehensive wellness program that included transitioning to self-funding. Plan included ongoing employee education programs as well as fitness and lifestyle coaching. Over a 36 month period achieved a 25% average reduction in employee claims cost per year and 15% reduction in high risk markers throughout organization. • Systems Integration: Charged with preparing sustainability and scalability plans for high growth, created an integrated HRIS project plan that provided excellent ongoing service to both the onsite and remote employee constituency while reducing overall Human Resource support team cost.
