I fell into the recruiting world when I joined Fanatics in its infancy. During my decade there, the company scaled from 200 to 10,000+ employees and I grew along with it and forged a career. From operations to corporate functions to niche industry-specific roles, I used a scrappy, customer service-focused approach to bring in talent at all levels to the world's #1 fan brand.Building off of my experience at Fanatics, I joined NIKE's world class talent acquisition organization as a lead talent partner supporting Corporate Functions. In my role supporting Global HR, I helped to build out multiple teams from the ground up and also brought in a diverse group of talent to support a massive transformational initiative. Later supporting Global Controlling, I managed all external hiring but internal as well, building a large pipeline of talent and simultaneously serving as a career advisor to each. While I run a tight process and bring solid recruiting fundaments to the table, what differentiates me is my enthusiasm, work ethic and commitment to excellence. I thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that allows me to make an impact on my customers: my candidates and business partners.
