My proudest career accomplishments are successfully creating an empowered workforce and moulding a culture of exceeding expectations every day, resulting in increased client retention, reduced expenses and improved profits.As crazy as it seems, what I really enjoy and crave is change, the challenge of process improvement, and trying outside the box ideas. My wildest move was to start my own company called efficient broker, which creates opportunities to drive efficiencies and change!Insurance is what I know, what I enjoy and certainly what I am fervent about, I am known as a passionate leader who gets things done.
