Her significant achievements include establishing a pollinator partnership with Butterfly Pavilion, which integrates art, education, and gardens, and securing a collaboration with Prometheus Materials to implement carbon-neutral algae pavers on the property.Before her tenure at Denver Premium Outlets, Manning served as the Marketing and Business Development Director at Colorado Mills & Denver West, where she played a pivotal role in organizing Colorado's first COVID vaccination clinic in a mall. She also facilitated the introduction of the Prismajic exhibit in partnership with 40 West Arts.
