Wendy is a co-founder of Medical Equipment Source (MES), a full service laboratory equipment provider focusing on the remanufacturing of high quality laboratory equipment, new product lines through acquired distributorships, and the post sell support of service and preventative maintenance. MES also provides laboratory development services to optimize the laboratory by working with design layout, architects and physicians. During her tenure as President/CEO she created and implemented operations for all aspects of the company and implemented Lean project based manufacturing. As MES grew, Wendy acquired, developed and retained a solid core of middle management professionals. Through her leadership, MES was able to create, implement and achieve a growth strategy of 10-20% per year.

Wendy founded VIVO Worldwide as a complementary business to Medical Equipment Source. VIVO is a global life science company with a focus on international placement of remanufactured laboratory equipment to improve access to quality healthcare. VIVO also acquires and evaluates new products and does market evaluations. As President/CEO of VIVO Worldwide, Wendy was charged with developing internal and external operations for our international business. She developed international distribution channels and created networks for pipeline of new products with business incubators, product accelerators and universities. Combined, these initiatives drove a successful VIVO Worldwide launch and growth strategy.
