Influencing upwards and working collaboratively with key stakeholders around the business to:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Interpret business long-term direction and create Store plans to support delivery of the Business trading strategies.• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver business goals, creating store plans by utilising strategy of competitors and awareness of external factors.• Develop plans which incorporate long-term direction but maximise short-term trading opportunities• Provide leadership for the Managers ensuring all teams aligned with clear and measurable objectives• Optimise potential of Store by driving results through strong commercial/operational disciplines and high standards of Visual Merchandising• Ensure all business activities are in compliance with national laws, regulations and operating policies• Adheres to company policies and guidelines
